Describe your books/your writing for the readers. 
I try to include real life events in each book, all of which focus on family whether found or blood.

What is something that makes you unique (personally or within your writing)?
My rockstars talk like I do 🙂

Tell us about your writing process. Where do your ideas come from? Do you plan/plot or totally wing it?
My ideas come from everywhere but I’m always off chasing squirrels so plotting would be a waste of time.

What was an early experience where you learned that language had power?
Hmmm, no clue…

What is your favorite childhood book?
Are you there, God, it’s me, Margaret by Judy Blume

What is one of the best feelings in the world?
Being loved.

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest?
My cat Vegeta, he’s a jackass and runs around meowing, mom, at all hours of the day and night

What’s a sound you absolutely love?
Music – all kinds of metal

Favorite snack while writing?
Candy 🙂

Favorite drink when writing?
Wine

Favorite scent?
Fresh laundry or lavender
